Video Mashup

Intro

For this blog post, we worked on video within class to make a video trailer consisting of components from the Lion King and the Dark Knight Rises.

Video

Within the video, I made a few cuts to add people speaking as to represent characters from the Dark Knight Rises. The Alfred edit was one that was done for all of us but I also added in edits for Scar to be speaking as Bane and Nala to be speaking as Catwoman. I really enjoyed how the edits came up and feel like they work well with how the audio matches up with the video. 

Conclusion

Overall, I found editing the trailers to be very enjoyable. It was fun to think of how should represent each character and helped me to find clips to work with to match everything up. It was a fun new experience to me since while I have some experience with editing audio, I have little to no experience with editing video. I feel this project really helped me to get a grasp of the basics of working with video and editing it to work with the provided audio.
